1- Account Activation:
Your account will be activated for 7 days free of charge. After the 7-day period, Our Customer Service Team Will Contact You, Either you pay a refundable security deposit of 2,500 AED to maintain your account. Failure to make the payment within the specified time frame will result in your account being deleted.

2- Winning Bid:
If you win a car through our online system, you are required to pay 20% of the total car amount immediately. You have 7 days from the date of winning to complete the full payment. Failure to pay the 20% or completing the car total amount, will result in issues with your account, and legal actions may be pursued. 

3- Agreement to Terms:
By accessing the live streaming page or placing any bids, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

4- Liability Disclaimer:
Al Saqr Al Fadhi Cars Auction LLC is not responsible for any damages, technical issues, or any other issues related to the cars being auctioned. It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect the cars and assess their condition before placing a bid.

5- Car Details & Inspection:
Each car listed in Al Saqr Car Auction Mobile App includes full details such as the chassis number, mileage, and other relevant information. You can verify the car’s condition through the chassis number or visit our location in Sharjah, Al Sajaa Industrial Area, for an in-person inspection before placing your bid.

6- Payment & Ownership Transfer:
Once you win a car, we will only contact the car owner after you have paid the full amount. Upon payment settlement, we will proceed with transferring the car under your ownership.

7- Offline Bidding:
When placing offline bids, if the last bid you place meets or exceeds the asking price, you will automatically be considered the winner of the car. You are then required to complete the payment for the car as per the terms stated.

8- Online Live Streaming Bidding:

Similarly, during the live streaming auction, if the last bid placed by you meets or exceeds the asking price, you will automatically be considered the winner of the car, and you are required to complete the payment for the car as per the terms stated.
